I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission for any reason.

I refuse to create content involving explicit sexual content, minors, gore, mecha, copied styles, or subjects I cannot portray respectfully or authentically.

Please provide a clear character reference with visible base colors. Flat or minimally rendered references are preferred. Mood boards or concept-only references are not accepted.

Please note that I do not design characters.

Please respond to messages promptly. If no reply is received within 3 days, the current stage will be considered approved and the commission will continue. Requests made afterward may incur additional fees.

Payments are final and are non-refundable except in the event that I am unable to complete the commission, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Full payment is required UPFRONT unless you are joining the waitlist, which requires a 30% non-refundable deposit to reserve your slot. This deposit will be deducted from your final commission total.

Payment plans are available upon discussion. For waitlist commissions, the payment schedule is 30% upfront, 35% before the sketch stage, and the remaining 35% after the base colors are completed.

Invoices must be paid within 24–48 hours or your commission will be declined.Fully paid commissions receive queue priority. Waitlist and payment plan commissions will be scheduled around fully paid orders.

The first progress update will be the sketch.Unlimited revisions are included during the sketch phase.

Once lineart begins, only minor base color adjustments are allowed.

Any revisions requested after rendering are considered major revisions and will incur an additional fee based on complexity.

Excessive revisions may also result in additional charges or delays.

Depending on your queue position, commissions are typically completed 7 days to 6 weeks after sketch approval.

Final files are delivered within 24–48 hours after final approval.

If the artwork will become part of a brand identity or ownership transfer, please contact me beforehand.

The client may not edit, alter, or have another artist modify my work, except for Live2D rigging or previously approved collaborators.

You may not copy, trace, heavily reference, redistribute, resell, or claim my artwork as your own.

Commissioned artwork may never be used for AI training, AI generation, datasets, NFTs, blockchain projects, or similar technologies.

I retain full copyright and intellectual property rights, including the right to display commissioned work in my portfolio, social media, livestreams, and promotional materials unless an NDA has been purchased.
